Job summary

Elior North America’s Trio-Community Meals team in Albuquerque, NM seeks an experienced assistant foodservice director to oversee culinary, safety, sanitation, and operations for the account. The role focuses on leading a large staff to deliver quality meals and excellent service.

You’ll manage staffing, training, and operations with a focus on financial responsibility and professional leadership. This full-time role is based at the Albuquerque account and offers growth within the Trio-Community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• At least two years’ foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Recruit and retain a large staffing team including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering crews.
• Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated assistant foodservice director to our Community Meals team in Albuquerque, NM. As an assistant food service director, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.
