• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Train, coach, counseling, and evaluating housekeeping team members.
• Manage linen, uniform, and housekeeping supply inventories.
• Coordinate deep cleaning projects and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to guest concerns and provide service recovery when needed.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance, Laundry, and other departments.
• Ensure meeting rooms and event spaces are properly prepared.
