Responsibilities include marketing, leasing, administration, maintenance coordination, record keeping, and reporting. Requirements: 2+ years in property management with LIHTC experience and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with tax credit knowledge and property software.
• Maintain highest occupancy possible at all times.
• Walk apartments after resident notices and coordinate moves.
