Join to apply for the Asst Cage Shift Supervisor role at Binion's Gambling Hall.

**POSITION PURPOSE:**
Assists the Shift Supervisor in coordinating the activities of all cage cashiers. Performs all duties of the shift manager in their absence. Must understand “BSA/Title 31” and all forms needed for transactions. Safeguards all company assets.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

  • Schedules personnel on assigned shift.
  • Ensures accurate completion of all shift work.
  • Maintains harmony among team members and resolves grievances.
  • Handles guest-related issues.
  • Supports and maintains Binion's courtesy guidelines.
  • Promotes excellent guest relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities according to policies and laws, including training, planning, performance appraisal, rewards, discipline, and problem resolution.

**OTHER:**
Regular attendance is essential. Team Members may need to work varying schedules due to industry demands. Compliance with company policies is mandatory. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

  • High school diploma or GED and at least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to interpret safety rules, procedures, and manuals; write reports; and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
  • Ability to obtain necessary gaming licenses or certificates.
