DPR Construction in Ashland, VA seeks an experienced operations professional to support daily branch operations, inventory control, and purchasing processes. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely invoicing, and secure service delivery.

Supports branch leadership by helping manage daily operations and workflow execution to ensure reliable service and operational continuity. Reinforces established best practices and procedures related to inventory control, purchasing, rental and sales documentation, and financial accuracy, escalating issues as appropriate. Coordinates with vendors, customers, and internal teams to maintain strong business partnerships in support of branch objectives. Supports branch financial performance through proactive business report review and associated backend operational processes to ensure financial accuracy, margin optimization, and effective service execution.
Associate's degree in business administration, construction management, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
2–4 years of experience in equipment rental, construction supply, operations management, or a related field required.
Valid driver's license required.
Experience with Coupa procure-to-pay software preferred.
