Job summary

Trax Farms is seeking a dedicated Bakery Supervisor to lead our in-store baking department, overseeing production, inventory, and quality to meet farm-market standards.

The role requires proven bakery supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs. It is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits and bonuses.

Must have proven bakery production experience in a supervisory role.

This is a full time position ~40 hours/week.

• Manage daily operations of instore baking department- production, organizing and overseeing tasks to ensure product integrity and adequate inventory
• Must have working experience in accurate costing, and ordering/inventory control management
• Supervise bakery team, train, mentor
• Utilize your reading and math skills by following our recipes, - English language required
• Minimum of HS Diploma or GED equivalent required along with proven work experience in a BAKERY supervisory role
• Must be at least 18 years old

• standing position- 8+ hours at a time, in varying temperatures- including oven/walk in freezer
• This is an "on the move" position- lift minimum of 25 lbs., twisting, turning, reaching, kneeling, bending, squeezing (pastry bags)
• Equipment used but not limited to rack oven, proofer, 20 qt. mixer, bread slicer, heat sealer, food processor
