Job summary

Leon and Associated is seeking an experienced Licensed Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our client-focused litigation team. You will manage a diverse PI caseload, provide legal counsel, negotiate pre-litigation claims, and represent clients in court. The ideal candidate holds a JD from an ABA-accredited school, is licensed in Maryland or Virginia, and has 3+ years of PI experience, with strong communication and negotiation skills and a commitment to client advocacy.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Maryland and/or Virginia.
• Minimum 3 years of personal injury experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
