Reporting to the Outreach Manager, the Associate Youth Programs Coordinator plans and coordinates Gallaudet’s year-round youth and summer programs, managing operational details and serving as the primary point of contact for campers, families, instructors, and staff.
This a gift-funded position. This is a one-year extended temporary position with certain benefits including health insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and paid holidays. The extended temporary appointment may be renewed for another year or has an opportunity to convert to regular status with full benefits. If the successful candidate possesses three years of required professional experience, they may be hired as “Youth Programs Coordinator” at the compensation grade of A2. The incumbent must be able to travel or work on weekends as needed.
The successful candidate will undergo a background check that must be cleared prior to working at Gallaudet University.
