Cascades of Grants Pass in Grants Pass, Oregon, is seeking an Associate Wellness Director LPN to oversee medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in accordance with state regulations.

The role requires an active LPN license, compassionate and professional interaction with residents and families, and excellent communication and judgment. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required. Salary is $80,000-$90,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• Excellent communication with staff, residents and families is essential.

As an Associate Wellness Director LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

$80,000-$90,000/annually

• Full Time
• 40 Hours weekly
• 5 days weekly
• Rotating On-Call and Weekend Availability Required
