Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking an Associate Wellness Director at Creekside to oversee medication management and skilled nursing duties for residents in compliance with state regulations.

You will implement personal care plans, supervise caregivers, train staff on medication administration, and promote health maintenance. Weekend evenings required; Cascade Living Group offers competitive benefits and career opportunities.

Job description

As the Associate Wellness Director at Creekside you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

What we look for in an Associate Wellness Director:

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nursing License (RN)

• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner

• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

$80,000 - $90,000/annually *Depending on Experience
