Associate Web Content Producer Wanted at Leading Healthcare Org
Pay range: $45 to $50 per hour
This temp-to-perm opportunity starts as a contract role, remote except for occasional on-site meetings in New York City. Expected to convert after 6 months to fulltime hybrid (3 days per week on-site).
Are You the Missing Piece?
You know what makes a great website work? Someone who notices the tiny things everyone else misses! The broken link, the outdated bio, the PDF that doesn't quite pass the accessibility test, the approval that's mysteriously stuck in someone's inbox.
And that's where you come in: We're looking for a hands-on Associate Web Producer who loves making digital content accurate, organized, accessible, and, frankly, drama-free. You'll be working across a major healthcare and academic environment, publishing and maintaining content across multiple CMS platforms and shepherding updates through a wonderfully diverse cast of stakeholders – clinicians, faculty, communications, legal, compliance, and IT.
This isn't a "just update the page" job. You'll own content from intake through approval and publication, QA your work, troubleshoot issues, keep workflows moving, and spot opportunities to make the whole operation run better. You'll also support everything from patient-facing content and clinical information to medical-school web properties and larger digital projects like migrations and redesigns.
If you're the person who can keep 15 tabs, five stakeholders, and three deadlines straight without needing someone hovering over your shoulder, keep reading.
What's it going to take to score an interview?
You should take this meeting because …
You'll get the best of a few worlds: remote/hybrid flexibility, a close-knit team that has been working together for years, and the chance to build your web-production chops inside a highly respected healthcare and academic organization. It's a contract-to-hire opportunity, and once converted to full-time, there's an exceptional benefits package waiting on the other side. Most importantly, this is a role where the details matter and where someone who is organized, proactive, communicative, and genuinely good at keeping digital content moving can make a very visible impact.
