As an Associate Wealth Manager, you’ll work alongside some of the industry’s most talented senior advisors, helping to manage existing client relationships while taking on new ones as your experience grows. You’ll develop comprehensive financial plans, deliver exceptional client service, and play a key role in the ongoing success of the firm’s wealth management team.

This is a dynamic position offering the perfect blend of mentorship, autonomy, and opportunity for professional growth.

Why You’ll Love This Role
  • You’ll directly shape client outcomes, providing guidance that helps families and individuals achieve their financial goals.
  • The firm’s commitment to mentorship and career development means you’ll have a clear path toward becoming a Lead Advisor.
  • Join a team that values partnership, respect, and shared success — where your ideas and initiative truly matter.
  • Work for one of the nation’s largest independent RIAs with best-in-class technology, research, and planning resources.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support senior advisors in all aspects of client relationship management, including complex planning and investment strategies.
  • Take ownership of select existing client relationships and lead new relationships as appropriate.
  • Develop and present financial plans, retirement and cash flow projections, and tax planning recommendations.
  • Conduct investment research and portfolio performance reviews.
  • Manage and respond to client service requests with precision and care.
  • Collaborate closely with advisors, investment strategists, and client service teams to deliver a seamless wealth management experience.
  • Organize, analyze, and interpret client financial data to inform planning and investment decisions.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Series 65 and CFP highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience in a wealth management or RIA environment.
  • Strong background in financial planning and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency with CRM and financial planning tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to work as part of a team.
  • Highly competitive base salary + bonus opportunities.
  • Full suite of benefits.
