This is an opportunity to join a firm that is redefining what great advice looks like—going beyond investment performance to deliver deeply personalized, high-impact financial guidance that builds enduring client trust and drives meaningful asset growth.

The Wealth Advisor will be responsible for developing high-quality, long-term client relationships, driving new business, and delivering comprehensive financial planning and advice. This individual will play a critical role in the firm’s continued growth by leading the full client lifecycle—from prospecting and closing new relationships to onboarding and ongoing advisory engagement.

Why You’ll Love This Role:
  • You’ll have direct influence over client outcomes and firm growth, with clear accountability and autonomy.
  • Work in an environment that prioritizes comprehensive planning and meaningful client relationships—not just performance metrics.
  • From first conversation to long-term partnership, you’ll shape the full client experience.
  • Partner with experienced professionals who value thoughtful strategy and high-quality execution.
  • Your success in building relationships and growing assets is directly tied to your professional and financial advancement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Progress leads and close new client relationships while meeting annual growth targets.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, reinforcing long-term relationships built on trust and results.
  • Own the full front-end sales cycle: discovery, proposal development, and closing.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management through proactive follow-up and clear next steps.
  • Take full accountability for outcomes—from initial meeting through long-term retention.
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans for clients with complex financial situations.
  • Leverage leading planning tools such as RightCapital, eMoney, or MoneyGuidePro.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to design and deliver tailored planning strategies.
  • Personally guide clients through onboarding, account setup, and asset transfer processes.
  • Deliver holistic financial planning, portfolio guidance, and proactive communication.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and adjust strategies as life circumstances evolve.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships, including tax planning, estate strategies, and held-away asset management.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of success as a financial advisor or practice leader.
  • Deep expertise in holistic financial planning and investment strategy.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Naturally understands client priorities and communicates advice in a compelling, relatable way.
  • Builds trust quickly and intuitively understands client motivations.
  • Highly motivated to succeed financially, with self-directed goals and a strong desire to win.
