Talentwealth in Fort Pierce, FL is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor to join a close-knit four-person practice. You will work in a second-chair capacity alongside the founding advisor, supporting client meetings, financial planning, and wealth management strategies.
You will focus on advisory skills, deepen client relationships, and develop toward more independent responsibilities within an established team, with mentorship and no book of business required.
We are partnering with a well-established wealth management practice in Fort Pierce, FL, managing over $250 million in client assets, that is looking to add an Associate Wealth Advisor to its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Financial Advisor who enjoys financial planning, investment management, and building client relationships but does not necessarily want to focus on business development or gathering assets.
The practice consists of a close-knit team of four professionals and is led by an experienced founding advisor. The Associate Wealth Advisor will work directly alongside the lead advisor in a second-chair capacity, participating in client meetings, assisting with financial planning, and gradually taking on additional relationship management responsibilities.
Unlike many junior advisor positions, this role is not focused on administrative or traditional client service responsibilities. The firm has dedicated client service and operations professionals who handle those functions, allowing the Associate Wealth Advisor to concentrate on developing their advisory skills, supporting existing client relationships, and becoming an increasingly valuable member of the advisory team.
Location: Fort Pierce, FL – 100% in-office position
This position offers an attractive alternative to traditional junior advisor roles that emphasize prospecting, cold calling, or building a book of business from scratch.
Instead, the Associate Wealth Advisor will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced founding advisor, gain meaningful exposure to an established client base, and develop the skills necessary to become a successful relationship-focused Financial Advisor.
For someone who enjoys the advisory and financial planning side of wealth management and wants to build a long-term career within a successful, established practice, this could be an excellent fit.
