Flex is seeking an Associate Warehouse Supervisor in Columbia, SC to oversee shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations for material handling and distribution. You will manage inventory records, quality checks, and equipment maintenance, ensuring efficient order fulfillment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, about 3 years in materials or MRP environments, and proficiency with office software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 3 years of materials experience or experience using Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases).
• Ability to read and interpret business materials and regulations.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper stock levels to ensure profitability.
• Maintains files on equipment and conducts inventory counts.
• Orders necessary equipment and ensures sites are stocked.
• Maintains a safe and organized warehouse environment.
