Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities at our Tennessee facility. You will help maintain accuracy, safety, and inventory integrity as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, organizing inventory, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while upholding our safety standards and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse experience required.
• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of a warehouse or distribution center. This includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products while ensuring accuracy, safety, and inventory integrity. The Warehouse Associate works as part of a team to maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment and may operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, push, bend and/or squat for 10+ hours in a day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 Ibs at a time.
• Regularly perform repetitive tasks
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing facility environment.
