Baxter is seeking an Order Packer Shipper II to support our warehouse team in a fast-paced environment. You will handle receiving, sorting, inventory, and shipping of products, while ensuring accuracy and quality.
You will work with teammates to keep processes efficient and on schedule. The role requires a High School degree or equivalent, willingness to work overtime, and basic computer skills; Power Industrial Vehicle experience is a plus.

In the Warehouse, you will operate under the supervision of a manager or group leader. Primarily responsible for receiving, sorting, storing, taking inventory, keeping records and organizing for the shipping of products stored in warehouse. Employees are responsible for kitting finished goods, processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately. Responsible for inspecting products for defects, damages, and organizing and maintaining inventory. Employees should abide by all safety rules, provide ideas on improvement opportunities and work to keep the warehouse clean and organized.
A High School degree or equivalent is required. Warehouse experience is preferred. Able and willing to work overtime on short notice, demonstrates good judgment, and can balance multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
Desired: Power Industrial Vehicle experience. Basic computer skills are preferred.
Working hours: Monday through Friday 2:45pm to 11pm
Be able to lift up to 40lbs. Work in various positions such as standing or sitting and working in repetitive jobs/assemblies.
