Job summary

Baxter is seeking an Order Packer Shipper II to handle receiving, sorting, storing, inventory and shipping of products in a fast-paced warehouse. You will be part of a teamwork-driven environment focused on accuracy and safety, ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining products.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, warehouse experience, willingness to work overtime, and basic computer skills. Power Industrial Vehicle experience is a plus.

• A High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Warehouse experience is preferred.
• Able and willing to work overtime on short notice, demonstrates good judgment, and can balance multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
• Desired: Power Industrial Vehicle experience.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for receiving, sorting, storing, taking inventory, keeping records and organizing for the shipping of products stored in warehouse.
• Employees are responsible for kitting finished goods, processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately.
• Responsible for inspecting products for defects, damages, and organizing and maintaining inventory.
• Employees should abide by all safety rules, provide ideas on improvement opportunities and work to keep the warehouse clean and organized.
