JOB SUMMARY: Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs, and other engine and driveline-related performance components.

You will be a key part of our team with responsibility for our warehousing activities. We require a multi-talented and flexible person that can handle a wide variety of shipping, receiving, picking, and packing functions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Ensure work procedures are being followed, and expedite workflow.
• Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Receive, unload, and place incoming material.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Conduct physical inventory.
• Troubleshoot errors to eliminate the possibility of recurrence.
• Contribute to the daily output of the department.
• Communicate and work as a team within and outside the department.
• Follow company safety protocols.
• Knowledge of UPS Worldship.
• Loading and unloading tractor trailers.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of Shipping and Receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with UPS Worldship and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
• Basic math skills, including operations with units and currency.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Must meet physical demands, including lifting up to 80 lbs occasionally.
• Work environment can be noisy; personal protective equipment is provided.
