The Warehouse Associates play a crucial role in the efficient operation of a warehouse by handling, organizing, and moving materials and products. They are responsible for ensuring that the right materials are in the right place at the right time, enabling smooth production and order fulfillment processes.
Education and Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is beneficial. Knowledge of basic inventory management principles. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. ERP or WMS experience is strongly preferred. Safety-conscious with a commitment to following safety guidelines and protocols.
