Job summary

Cisco-Eagle is hiring a Warehouse Associate for Farmers Branch, TX. You’ll join a team handling receiving, picking, shipping, inventory, and more, while learning the company’s products and processes.

You’ll work with RF scanners, perform heavy lifting, and contribute to accurate inventory and on-time shipments. We train good, reliable team players who value safety and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Understanding of inventory and cycle counting preferred.
• Ability and willingness to perform physical duties including heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments from a variety of trucks; heavy lifting and team lifting are part of the job.
• Receive inbound purchase orders and shipments and enter them into the Warehouse Management System.
• Pull and process orders using RF scanners.
• Perform weekly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Process and ship small packages using UPS and FedEx.
• Provide shipment details to sales with pictures and tracking information.
• Help keep the warehouse organized and running smoothly.
• Collaborate with the team to solve problems as they arise.

Warehouse Associate — Farmers Branch, TX

We're hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our Farmers Branch team. You'll work alongside other associates across all warehouse functions — receiving, pulling orders, shipping, inventory, and more. You'll learn our products, our systems, and the material handling industry while becoming an important part of the team.

What You'll Actually Do

• Load and unload shipments from a variety of trucks, including Conestogas, dry vans, and flatbeds; heavy lifting and team lifting are part of the job
• Receive inbound purchase orders and shipments and accurately enter them into our Warehouse Management System
• Pull and process orders using RF scanners, including orders for our Aisle Cop group and items shipping directly to customers
• Perform weekly cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventory
• Process and ship small packages using UPS and FedEx
• Provide our sales team with pictures, confirmations, tracking information, and other shipment details
• Help keep the warehouse organized, accurate, and running smoothly
• Work with the team to solve problems when something doesn't go according to plan

What You Bring

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus
• Familiarity with processing and shipping small-package orders is helpful
• An understanding of inventory and cycle counting is preferred
• Reliability matters. We're looking for someone who takes attendance and punctuality seriously and brings a positive, professional attitude to work
• The ability and willingness to perform the physical requirements of the position, including heavy and team lifting
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, material handling, or a related industrial environment is preferred, but not required — we'll train you on our products and processes
• A willingness to learn, help where needed, and work as part of a team
