Job summary

AccuTemp, part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support field technicians by handling calls, verifying warranties, and managing inventory. You will purchase and stage materials, ensure on-time supplies, and assist with satellite warehouse operations as needed.

You’ll be a key part of a fast-paced team, maintaining safe, organized spaces and ensuring accurate stock levels while supporting fleet maintenance and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from technicians, vendors, and employees and make outbound calls to support field operations.
• Verify warranty coverage, order parts, and confirm pricing with vendors to keep jobs on track.
• Purchasing and managing materials and equipment, ensure technicians have what they need when they need it.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock, and stage materials for technicians and departments.
• Be flexible and assist with satellite warehouse operations as needed.
• Pickup or deliver equipment and materials, supporting projects and field teams.
• Keep the warehouse, building, and fleet vehicles clean and organized, maintaining a safe workspace.
• Assist with fleet maintenance, repairs, and breakdowns to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety rules, plus applicable regulations.
• Provide excellent internal customer service, supporting technicians and staff with a positive attitude.
