Job summary

Qualifications

• Four or more years of applicable experience with a minimum of one-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Graduation from high school or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budget proposals, assess needs, evaluate past expenditures, and conduct future needs analysis.
• Control institutional budgets for staff, activities, equipment, supplies, and structures.
• Prepare in-depth studies and reports.
• Analyze staffing levels and create master schedules with relief factors.
• Liaise between stakeholders to coordinate activities and represent agency interests.
• Provide direction and oversight to administrative units.
• Develop, implement, and oversee policies, procedures, goals, and plans.
• Review concerns of staff and inmates and ensure organizational compliance.
• Oversee programs, education, and treatment to inmates.
