Eastern Kentucky University seeks an Associate Vice President, Finance to oversee the general ledger, reporting, cash management, EKU Foundation operations, audits and overall financial management for the university. Leadership of budget for auxiliary services and contracts is included.

The AVP, Finance responsible for analysis and assistance with the maintenance of the University’s general ledger trial balance, revenue/expenditure reporting, cash management services, EKU Foundation operations, financial audits and overall financial management and budget. Responsible for financial/budget oversight and guidance to all auxiliary service operations. Overall management of many University business contracts and administrative units. Select duties will be more defined.
Education: B.S. Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or other business related, relevant field is required. An MBA and/or CPA is preferred.
Experience: Five years or more of appropriate, applicable experience in college/university or governmental business services/operations; and/or administration.
