Qualifications
- DVM/VMD degree from AVMA-accredited institution and state licensure.
- Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation.
Responsibilities
- Examine and treat companion animals to diagnose diseases or injuries.
- Operate diagnostic equipment and collect samples; interpret results.
- Advise owners on preventive care and treatment options.
- Perform surgery and prescribe medications as needed.
- Maintain medical records and ensure ethics compliance.
