Veterinary Medical Center Northwest 1604 in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine to join a brand-new, full-service small animal clinic. This associate position offers a 4-on/3-off schedule with 7 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–6 PM on weekdays and 8 AM–5 PM on weekends, plus a base salary of $135,000+ DOE.

Veterinary Medical Center Northwest 1604 is a brand-new, full-service small animal clinic on the fast-growing Northwest side of San Antonio — and we're looking for a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine to grow with us from the ground up.

We combine modern diagnostics and comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care with something that's become rare in veterinary medicine: real relationships with clients and their pets, and real work-life balance for our team. Our 4-on/3-off schedule means three full days off every single week, with predictable 9-hour shifts (7 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–6 PM on weekdays, 8 AM–5 PM on weekends) rotated fairly across the doctor team.

What We're Looking For

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or ECFVG/PAVE equivalent)
