A community-trusted veterinary practice in Balcones Heights, San Antonio is seeking an Associate Veterinarian (DVM). This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule for work-life balance, and a base salary between $120,000 and $150,000. You’ll be joining a dedicated, four-doctor team with supportive management. What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional clinical and surgical care for small animal patients
• Managing a well-structured caseload of consultations, procedures, and surgeries
• Building trusted relationships with clients and their pets
• Collaborating closely with our medical and support teams to ensure top-quality care
• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: CLOSED
• Sunday: CLOSED
• No after-hours or weekend requirements

• Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Joining Bonus: $25,000
• Production Bonus: Competitive paid at 20%, with no negative accrual
