Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine; licensed or eligible to practice in the state.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work in-home visits and field settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home euthanasia, hospice, and palliative care in a compassionate, Fear Free–aligned manner.
• Support families through end-of-life decisions with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with medical leadership and support teams.
• Participate in ongoing training, education, and clinical development.
