You will provide high-quality veterinary care, communicate clearly with clients, and collaborate with experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.

Qualifications

• Veterinarian degree (DVM) from an accredited college or university.
• Current State Veterinary License.
• DEA registration must be obtained and maintained.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Excellent surgical and dental skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high quality progressive veterinary care and medical standards.
• Oversee and set policies for the practice of medicine.
• Collaborate with leadership to expand hospital services and inventory.
• Budget for new equipment and analyze ROI.
• See patients, manage care, and ensure clear client communication.
• Review records for completeness and accuracy to promote medical excellence.
• Mentor staff veterinarians and lead candidate interviews.
• Identify new service opportunities and monitor KPIs with Hospital Manager.
