Job description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital looking to hire an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. Providing high-quality veterinary care for cats and dogs, the team actively participates in mission work and community outreach, working together to care for underserved populations and improve access to veterinary care. They believe in being a trusted pillar of their community and are looking for a veterinarian who shares that same passion for service.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role encompasses the full scope of General Practice responsibilities, providing preventative, medical, and surgical care for companion animals. You will perform comprehensive physical examinations, diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, develop treatment plans, perform routine surgical procedures, and build lasting relationships with clients through clear communication and high-quality patient care. This position is designed around three 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, providing excellent work-life balance while ensuring consistent urgent care coverage for patients. While there is flexibility in scheduling, the hospital is looking for someone who is equally flexible and willing to work collaboratively with the team to meet the needs of their patients and hospital. Applications are welcomed from both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The practice provides the full scope of General Practice services alongside Urgent Care and Orthopedics. The hospital is equipped with, but not limited to, Digital Radiology, Dental Radiology, an In-House Laboratory, and Ultrasound, supporting advanced diagnostics and patient care. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
