Location San Antonio, United States Sector Other Salary $130,000.00 to $180,000.00 per annum

We are working on behalf of a growing small animal day practice in San Antonio, TX that is looking to welcome both a full-time and part-time Associate Veterinarian to its team.

This is a practice-autonomy-driven hospital that gives doctors private-practice control over their medicine, while providing outstanding operational and staffing support behind the scenes.

The team's guiding philosophy is simple: a happy, well-supported staff leads to great medicine and even better client relationships. Doctors here benefit from a generous quarterly profit-sharing pool paid out to the entire team, a discretionary care budget of up to $1,500/month to help pets in need, and regular community adoption days funded by the hospital.

New graduates and experienced DVMs alike are well supported with a 6:1 staff-to-doctor ratio, an in-house Abaxis lab suite, digital x-ray, high-speed dental with dental x-ray, ultrasound, and cold laser therapy, plus dedicated dog and cat exam rooms, a surgical suite, and an isolation ward. The hospital also offers daycare, boarding, and professional grooming on-site.
