Job description

Sunnymead Animal Hospital is seeking new associates to join our team. We are based out of Moreno Valley, CA. We are looking for full and part time associates, and value all of our team members. With over 30 years of experience between our two veterinarians, new graduates can look forward to mentorship from experienced vets, as well as CE and conference opportunities.

Our hospital has been in continuous operation in the community for almost 50 years. While it has changed ownership in that time, our mission has stayed the same: to provide the highest quality of care we can at an affordable rate. Our focus on medicine has made us an important part of the local community, and we are known for our high standard of care. The hospital and its staff are proud of our accomplishments, and we have worked diligently to earn and maintain our AAHA accredited status.

We provide our community with wellness, sick pet and limited emergency appointments, surgery, dentistry and hospitalization. We offer a modern, well-equipped hospital including digital radiographs, ultrasound, dental radiographs, laser therapy, and laser surgery.

We believe that our associates’ work-life balance is strongly correlated to the quality of medicine we provide. All of our veterinarians are given three weeks of paid vacation time, paid CE, as well as dental, health, and vision insurance, and a company-matched IRA account. These benefits are available regardless of full- or part-time status.

Recent graduates encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance provided.

  • Educate pet owners on preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records for each patient, documenting treatments and progress.
  • Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Stay updated on advancements in veterinary medicine and participate in continuing education opportunities.
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution or equivalent.
