Join Our Team at Grassland Veterinary Service!

We're a thriving mixed-animal practice based in Lindsay, OK, proudly serving Garvin, Grady, and McClain counties. Our two-doctor team is passionate about providing exceptional care to both small and large animals, and we use top-notch tools like Avimark software, Idexx in-house lab systems, digital radiography, and ultrasound.

Our clinic is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art bovine facility—including a round tub, alley, hydraulic chute, and OB chute—all in a climate-controlled barn. We also have a dedicated equine area with stocks and two stalls.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated veterinarian who’s excited to work in a mixed-animal setting and ready to learn and grow. Whether you're a recent grad or a seasoned pro, we offer strong mentorship and a supportive team culture. Plus, we know how important balance is, so we’re serious about maintaining a healthy work-life vibe—even in a busy practice.

Mentorship

• Two dedicated doctors available via phone or in person to run through cases or assist with cases, even at midnight.
• Frequent meetings for evaluations and check-ins.
• Freedom to practice the way you want with or without guidance.
• Teamwork on all cases – Our 2 doctors are always consulting one another over difficult cases.
• Always available to help guide client relationships, especially with difficult clients.
• Willingness to teach as well as learning new techniques that the mentee may have learned in school.
• Always a phone call away if needed. Never stuck out alone if help is needed.
• Provide an environment to help build clinical confidence.
• Will have a 2 month training period before solo on-call weeks.
