We are working on behalf of a well-established general practice hospital in Concord, CA that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its team.

This is a busy, community-rooted practice with more than a decade of GP experience behind it, known for a light-hearted team culture alongside genuinely high clinical standards. The caseload blends general wellness and preventive care with urgent care and walk-ins, giving you real variety day to day.

The hospital is equipped with an in-house lab, digital and dental radiography, and a dedicated surgical suite, supporting routine soft tissue surgery alongside general medicine. We're looking for a DVM to join the team on 4 days per week with no weekends required.

You will be joining a small, close-knit clinical team that prides itself on pulling together and backing one another up, with access to advanced clinical training and mentorship from DVMs across the wider hospital network.

About You

• DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
• You hold, or are eligible for, licensure in California
• Comfortable managing a mix of scheduled GP appointments and urgent care walk ins
• Open to exotics cases, a plus but not required
• Team focused with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Base salary of $150,000 to $180,000 plus uncapped production bonus
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
