A surgery-heavy GP in coastal San Diego where the associate schedule is built around three clinical days per week, rotating Saturdays, and a 3:1 support ratio.

This hospital sees approximately 16 to 18 patients per day, with a caseload weighted toward surgery alongside wellness, dentistry, and sick-patient appointments. The facility has digital radiography, ultrasound, electrocardiography, and full in-house laboratory capabilities, allowing doctors to work up and manage a broad range of cases within the hospital.

The position is full-time across three days per week with rotating Saturdays. The clinical team includes highly trained support staff at roughly a three-to-one ratio, with technicians and client service staff helping doctors stay focused on appointments, procedures, and patient care.

This is an established practice in Point Loma Heights, a couple of miles from the beach, with a strong local client base.
