Associate Veterinarian opportunity in El Cajon, CA. Production bonus with no negative accrual.
We're working on behalf of a busy, well-established small animal general practice in El Cajon, CA that has been recognized as a top local hospital for several years running.
The clinic operates from a clean, modern facility equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house labs, and digital dental radiography, giving doctors the tools to practice confident, high-quality medicine. The team sees a strong mix of wellness, surgery, and dentistry cases, backed by a 3-to-1 support staff ratio and a genuinely collaborative culture.
This is a practice that has put real thought into work-life balance, offering flexible scheduling, mentorship, and a Long-Term Incentive Cash Program that rewards production without penalizing you during slower periods. You can expect to be working alongside 2 other DVMs, which would split the Saturday shift (Half day!), offering regular and set days through the week.
