LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Associate Vertical Account Manager to acquire and grow revenue within established Commercial Insurance accounts, utilizing a total solution strategic approach. You will evaluate current relationships, identify growth opportunities, and manage retention plans to protect base revenue.

You will establish strong client relationships at all levels, coordinate with sales support, meet quarterly and annual revenue targets, and forecast effectively.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial insurance preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong project management and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing relationships and identify growth opportunities within selected solution sets.
• Manage customer roadmap retention plans and actions to protect base revenue.
• Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels; liaise between sales support and customers.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives and oversee forecasting activities.
• Understand select Commercial Insurance products and articulate their value to customers.
• Follow up on inbound leads, conduct outbound outreach, and develop new sales opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts and close sales while managing objections.
