The VAP team is part of Trinity’s broader Evidence, Value, Access and Pricing (EVAP) group, which partners with biopharmaceutical companies to support the successful commercialization of innovative therapies.
The VAP team focuses on understanding how therapies are valued, priced, and accessed across healthcare systems.
The team works on projects related to pricing and launch strategy, value proposition development, and payer and access dynamics.
Associates collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate research and analysis into clear insights that support client decision-making.

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills, level of experience and training, specific qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and other business/organizational needs. The base salary for this role is $92,500 per year. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
