Job summary

Portland General Electric in Portland, OR is seeking an Associate Construction Project Manager to lead small- to mid-scale utility projects across transmission, distribution, substations, and generation.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Typically 3+ years of project/construction management experience; utility experience preferred.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead small- to mid-scale PM activities in generation, transmission, or distribution.
• Develop program and project plans, schedules, baselines, and risk mitigations.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, resources, and quality to meet goals.
• Engage stakeholders through regular reports and meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
