We're working with a leading insurance carrier that is looking to add a Cyber Associate Underwriter to its growing Cyber underwriting team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Cyber insurance, working closely with experienced underwriters across new business, renewals and portfolio management. The Role

As a Cyber Associate Underwriter, you'll play a key role in supporting the underwriting team across the full lifecycle of Cyber accounts. You'll gain exposure to submissions, broker relationships, underwriting decisions and policy documentation, while developing your understanding of the increasingly complex Cyber risk landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting senior underwriters with new business and renewal opportunities, helping to assess risks and support underwriting decisions.
• Reviewing Cyber submissions and ensuring information is complete and accurate, liaising with brokers where additional information is required.
• Preparing quotes, binders, endorsements and policy documentation to a high standard.
• Maintaining accurate underwriting files and ensuring data integrity across underwriting systems.
• Supporting the underwriting team with portfolio management, reporting and general administrative requirements.
• Building strong relationships with brokers through responsive, professional communication.
• Ensuring all activity is consistent with underwriting guidelines, governance requirements and regulatory standards.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across underwriting, operations and other areas of the business.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who is analytical, organised and genuinely interested in developing a career within Cyber insurance.

• 0-3 years' experience within insurance, underwriting, risk management, cybersecurity or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to work with both internal stakeholders and external brokers.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
