Ryan Specialty is seeking an Associate Transactional Liability Underwriter to support underwriters, prepare policy wording, and compile data for risk analysis. The role involves reviewing transaction documents and coordinating with brokers, lawyers and deal principals to ensure accurate representations and warranties coverage.
The candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business/Admin/Finance or Risk Management and 1+ year in Financial or M&A underwriting, with CMAA/ARM preferred.
The Transactional Liability Underwriter Associate is responsible for building relationships with stakeholders, underwriting successful M&A deal execution and communicating effectively with brokers and clients. The role manages files for underwriters, prepares policy wording, non-binding indication letters, insurance policies and binder agreements to ensure seamless transaction progression. They compile data for portfolio reporting, review critical transaction documents, and assist with risk analysis.

The target salary range for this position is $81,840.00 - $102,300.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
