Job summary

This in-office role requires a BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience, plus 9+ months in financial services and relevant licensing (SIE, Series 7/52/66). Hours 7am–4pm CT, five days a week.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, economics, finance, or quantitative field or related experience.
• 9+ months of financial services experience; capital markets preferred.
• SIE, Series 7, 52 and 66 required (or obtained within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Execute Agent and Program Trading responsibilities with limited guidance.
• Research market analytics and maintain best execution across fixed income products.
• Provide excellent client service by resolving inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory requirements.
• Learn internal trading systems and related tools.
• Use data to support trading decisions, monitoring, and performance.
• Contribute to projects for process improvement and automation.
