Integer is hiring a Associate Toolmaker in Plymouth, MN to perform standardized toolroom tasks under direct supervision. You will support preventative maintenance and sharpening of tooling used in production, following standard work methods and explicit instructions.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years of related experience or 6 months of technical school. You will read blueprints, operate grinders, mills, lathes, and hand tools, and maintain documentation of work performed.

Formación

• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to operate tool room equipment.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to safety, quality and regulatory requirements including QMS and FDA regulations.
• Performs cleaning and preventive maintenance of tools, molds or fixtures with supervision from CAD models or blueprints.
• Operates general tool room equipment such as surface grinders, mills, lathes, drill presses and hand tools.
• Maintains documentation of work produced.
• Interacts with R&D, PD&E, EHSS, Production and Quality on a daily basis.
