Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Machine Tool Technology.
• Five or more years building, repairing, or maintaining molds or dies.
• Ability to run all manual tool room equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to understand and apply safety rules and supervisor coaching.
• Seven or more years of related work experience could help.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvements in tool builds and repair; support production processes focusing on injection molding and stamping.
• Provide documented ideas to reduce maintenance costs and improve equipment reliability.
• Follow safe working methods and safety rules at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented manner to achieve unit goals.
