Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a skilled tool room technician in Minnesota to perform semi-standardized assignments. You will read CAD specifications, select processes, and work under supervision with attention to quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include operating CNC mills, EDMs, grinders, and other tool room equipment; constructing and repairing dies, jigs, and fixtures; documenting work and collaborating with R&D, PD&E, EHSS, production and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma; associate’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years related experience; 1–3 years with an associate’s degree.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to operate tool room equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements including QMS and FDA regulations.
• Studies CAD specifications to plan operation sequences with supervision.
• Operates CNC mill, EDMs, grinders, and related equipment at high competency.
• Constructs or repairs tools, dies, jigs, gauges, and fixtures to close tolerances.
• Maintains documentation of work produced and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
• Interacts with R&D, PD&E, EHSS, Production, and Quality on a daily basis.
