Job description

phia is seeking a rising Associate Threat Intelligence Analyst to perform all-source cyber intelligence analysis, assessment, and reporting in support of U.S. Federal government organizations. This role is contingent upon a contract award, but we are engaging with exceptional candidates now. Location: Washington, DC


What You'll Do
  • Provide intelligence analysis, security assessments, and investigative support.
  • Monitor and evaluate intelligence related to physical security, cyber threats, and operational risks, informing leadership and stakeholders.
  • Conduct all-source intelligence research, analysis, and reporting to support security assessments, investigations, and situational awareness of threats.
  • Gather, evaluate, and disseminate intelligence related to events, threat actors, and security concerns affecting the stakeholder community.
  • Produce intelligence assessments leveraging open-source, commercial, and government data and systems.
  • Conduct trend analysis to support mitigation strategies, crisis response, and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with partners across the cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, Law Enforcement, Intelligence, and Counterintelligence communities to enhance situational awareness and security coordination.
  • Produce and support the delivery of high-quality whitepapers, presentations, briefings, and executive summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, directives, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure your intelligence products meet client requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
Education + Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in intelligence, law enforcement, cybersecurity, national security, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in open-source intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with frameworks, processes, systems, and datasets used in intelligence analysis environments.
  • Experience conducting impactful all-source threat intelligence analysis.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with intelligence and/or LE/CI communities.
  • Proficiency with data collection and aggregation tools, analysis and enrichment platforms, visualization and reporting tools, integration and automation platforms, specialized threat detection tools
Security Clearance:
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to achieve Top Secret/SCI government clearance.
