CoverMyMeds is seeking a Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst, a self-motivated team player who thrives in a changing environment. This role requires problem-solving skills, tenacity, and the ability to establish credibility quickly. You will understand client challenges and create solutions, with a passion for data, collaboration, and communication.

We seek a results-driven individual who acts with integrity and humility. Candidate must be based in the Columbus, OH metropolitan area. The position allows remote work. We are unable to provide sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to perform and understand program analyses
• Understand capabilities of CoverMyMeds’ products and their solutions in the pharmaceutical industry
• Collaborate with team and vendors on studies of programs
• Perform data quality checks, investigate anomalies, and suggest improvements
• Identify patterns and summarize findings
• Learn to use Tableau for data visualization
• Translate complex data issues into insights for non-technical audiences

Qualifications

Minimum: BA/BS or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong interest and aptitude in data analytics
• Experience with SQL required
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required

Compensation

Base pay range: $69,900 - $116,500, plus potential bonuses and incentives. Benefits information available on our website.
