Job summary

U.S.VETS in California seeks an Associate MFT or CSW to facilitate group therapy sessions in school-based or field settings in the Orange County or Los Angeles region. The role reports to the Director of Behavioral Health or Project Director.

Responsibilities include delivering psychotherapeutic treatment for anxiety, depression, and life transitions; maintaining high-quality clinical documentation; and growing a caseload to 10+ clients per week within six months.

Qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
• Registered as A-MFT, A-CSW or A-PCC with CA Board of Behavioral Science.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapeutic treatment for anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
• Maintain quality clinical documentation of sessions.
• Caseload to reach 10+ clients weekly within six months.
• Flexible schedule including Friday; Saturday as needed.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision with the U.S.VETS team.
