SOL Mental Health is seeking therapists to provide outpatient care at our Ballston location, Arlington. You will receive built-in clinical supervision to support licensure and a clear path for growth from day one, with a supportive team and administrative backing.

The role emphasizes direct clinical care with diverse clients, evidence-based practice, and collaborative supervision to help you advance toward full licensure while contributing to excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed in VA or working toward LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC
• Experience in direct clinical care (internship counts)
• Strong communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population
