Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Washington, DC is seeking therapists to provide outpatient therapy and support clients toward licensure with built-in clinical supervision. Anticipated Start Date: 2027.

The role offers a salary between $47,500 and $86,000+ inclusive of a guaranteed base plus incentive-based clinical hours, plus benefits like 401(k) with match and a generous CEU budget. Office space in our DC location and comprehensive coverage are included.

Qualifications

• Must be pre-licensed in DC or pursuing LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC licensure.
• Direct clinical care experience required; internship counts.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.
